Proud to Present: an inspiring brand for Farren's Tribe

Farren’s Tribe may have only been founded in Summer 2021, but the idea has been simmering for so much longer. Having never made jewellery before, Michelle Cole created her first piece in 2005 when her mother was in hospital. Michelle was inspired to create something of sentimental value that her mum could keep close; something that would remind her of her strength, courage and resilience at a time when she was feeling vulnerable. And so Michelle made her first necklace, especially for her mum, designed to express love.

Whilst her career and studies took over for a while, the embers of creativity had been lit. They remained gently glowing until the time was right to pursue Michelle’s idea to create beautiful jewellery, inspired by our connection with nature.

Farren’s Tribe creates hand crafted jewellery, thoughtfully designed to tell a story and imbue real meaning into each piece. They’re a sophisticated take on bohemia; gently elegant, eye catching and unique. A wearable reminder and physical expression of the warrior spirit that lives within us all - a reflection of how our unique experiences have shaped us. This is jewellery to express our unique story, and tell the world who we are.

The Farren’s Tribe collection currently includes bracelets, earrings and necklaces, all of which are designed personally by Michelle, thoughtfully combining specific stones to reconnect the wearer with nature – and with themselves. Each piece is designed to evoke a feeling and send a message; a talisman for hope, strength and love. A beautiful, wearable reminder that whilst life might not always give us what we want, it will make us who we are.
