Many of our clients are understandably nervous of what the future may hold, and whether you're currently in the camp of cracking on with long overdue tasks or battening down the hatches, this webinar will most definitely be of benefit. I'll be covering some of the branding basics, helping you uncover your unique story, define the personality of your brand and help you to better understand what motivates your customers to buy (it's probably not the reason you think!). Among other things, I'll be sharing our own experience of evolving from a high street print shop with a hyper local customer base to a highly specialist branding agency with clients who contact us from all corners of the world, and how our brand message and story was instrumental in that.
