Founded by the thoroughly wonderful Tony Jackson, Chelsham is a coaching business with a unique personality. Dedicated to delivering positive, often dramatic and always impactful results, Chelsham works with talented, successful people to elevate their performance and achieve measurable results. Having previously held very senior roles in large organisations, Tony developed his coaching practice alongside his senior HR career, bringing board-level experience to each and every coaching relationship.
Tony has an incredible track record and an ability to get straight to the heart of the matter in a sensitive yet firm way. He works as a coach and ally to his clients, always on their side with no agenda other than to help them succeed. Deeply knowledgeable and highly qualified, his particular career experience makes him ideally suited to work with clients across sectors as he understands the obstacles and politics so often at play. Alongside the main Chelsham brand sits Chelsham Legal and Chelsham Inclusion; two sister brands dedicated to delivering highly focussed offerings, specific to the legal industry and inclusion respectively.
Chelsham’s unique brilliance lies within the marriage of business acumen and the intangibility of intuition. They do good work with great purpose, never compromising on own morals or values for commercial gain. The team are principled, ethical and fair, working to create a world which embraces diversity and enables inclusive leadership.
Chelsham had long since outgrown their visual identity, and needed a new face to the brand which really did justice to the scope and vision of their work. Beyond this, the Chelsham website had become a bit of a beast and needed reigning in and refreshing - so that’s what we did!
This bold new brand features a daring colour palette (not everyone would have the balls to carry off bright pink!), impactful images and geometric shapes to create exactly the compelling and decisive visual identity that Chelsham deserved. It’s a brave brand, and really testament to Tony’s independent (and trusting!) nature that they’ve run with it. The brand really stands out in a sea of corporate blue - for all the right reasons.
