Tucked away in a peaceful corner of a converted mill in the heart of a beautiful Cotswold town, Warrior and Wild is Nailsworths’ first dedicated yoga studio. Launched by the gloriously sunny and brilliantly down to earth Courtenay Pipkin, Warrior & Wild has won an ever-growing tribe of students who adore the studios relaxed approach.

Warrior and Wild offer a full gamut of yoga classes for all bodies of all ages. Encompassing everything from family yoga, pregnancy yoga, childrens’ yoga as well as a range of more conventional classes, students love the variety and flexibility that’s available. Right from the very beginning, Courtenay has put her students at the centre of the business and has designed everything around them and what they love.

Quite unlike traditional yoga studios, Warrior and Wild offers something discernibly different to the marketplace. Neither the sparse, minimal setting that so often hosts a more clinical style of yoga, nor the drafty village hall venues that many solo teachers use, Warrior and Wild is a warm, inclusive and welcoming community of people who come together to practice yoga together in a way which works for them. With a core of originality and a confidence which comes from a place of sound knowledge, Warrior and Wild bring together experienced teachers with an atmosphere of lightness and energy to bring a sense of fun to practice.

Whilst yoga might be the common factor that brings people to their door, the reason that students stay is far deeper than simply a quality class. Warrior and Wild is so much more than a yoga studio; it’s an integral part of your students’ wellbeing. Courtenay believes passionately that the time students spend on their mat is about so much more than an hour of stretching – it’s about personal discovery, learning to see things differently and helping them to take their experience out into the wider world. Whether consciously or subconsciously, it’s her sincere hope that time spent in the beautiful Warrior & Wild studio will have a positive effect on her students’ lives and health – and that it’ll positively impact the lives of those around them, too.

We answered the brief with a brand which is warm, welcoming and packed with heart. Characterful typography, hand crafted elements, watercolour textures and bold colour tell the story of a brand which is boldly, bravely and unashamedly original.
